I came with my problem to chuck after 5:00 when I found out my other computer store closed down. Within only 2-3 hours he knew the problem as was fixing it! The very next morning (7:30!) my new computer was ready. Thanks chuck from everyone at All-Timate Roofing!

After a week of trying whatever other people were telling me to try. I called computer aid and he was able to fix it.

I appreciate so very much the prompt, curtious, service rendered by Chuck. He is always courteous, patient, and kind when working on my computer. I can tell he is very knowledge about his job.

I used Chuck for the first time I think about 2 years ago. When I had a problem come up this past week I called him again. Once again he did fix the problem. He is such a cool guy. He really seems to care about what he does. Its not like, ok I am done, pay me. He explains everything.

I had let my virus protection run out. With in a week my computer was no good. Chuck fixed it and he didnt have to reinstall. Thank you chuck. Your the best.

I bought a computer from Chuck a couple of months ago. It has been great and the price was very reasonable. I have called him a couple of time with questions and he has always been willing to help out. I would definately buy another computer from Chuck if I ever need too.

I am very happy with the work chuck did for me.

Chuck has been my computer guy for a while. I have always trusted him. I recently needed another computer added to my house. After calling Chuck and talking to him I bought a computer he had. It has worked just fine so far and I don't expect an issue with it. For the price I paid him compared to what everyone else was asking I think I did pretty good. When your kids decide daddy needs to get them a computer. It's nice to have Chuck around.

I had Chuck come out and set up a wireless network in my home and an out building we have turned into an office. I think he did a very nice job and went out of his way to avoid bothering me. I will be calling chuck whenever I need anything computer related.

I have called Chuck a couple of times and without charge he was able to talk me through some simple problems on the phone. However the last time I had to take it to him. He had it about 5 hours and called to say it was ready. Compared to service I have gotten in the past I think I will keep him as my computer guy.

It was a Thursday night and my writing deadline on Sunday. All of a sudden my laptop went dead: no image on the screen, no sound, no response to any keystroke. Panic in every direction, as I was trying to remember all the words I had written for my article and hadn't backed up.



My husband gave me a business card for Chuck. I immediately sent him an alarmed e-mail explaining the problem, mostly sure he would not get in touch with me over the weekend, and either I would not be able to meet my deadline, or borrow another computer and rewrite everything But Chuck wrote me right back on a Friday night, confident and reassuring, telling me he could take care of my laptop and for me to not worry he was sure he could retrieve all of my data from my dead computer. But the following day Chuck did more than retrieve all my data, he miraculously managed to resuscitate my laptop, fixing the problem, and making sure my data was intact. Throughout the process Chuck was very professional in dealing with my personal files, and was very helpful with advice and tips on how to treat these vital machines.



Chuck is great. Not only did he save my life, but my laptop as well, which still works perfectly fine and doesn't overheat anymore as it used to.

Computeraid has always done a good job for my family. Never any problems afterwards.

Fast and awesome service no doubts, recovered my data and performed a full backup for future issues. My personal recommendation to anyone!!

I'm in the elder-novice-windows- user catagory. Chuck has been very helpfull in teaching me about my computer. Never been on one till I lost my husband last year. Chuck has shown me what a joy the computer can be.

I live in Oregon now. However last year before I moved Chuck was my man on computers. I still call him if a problem comes up and he has helped me over the phone. I still don't know what I would do without him. Chuck is a old fashioned good guy.

Computer aid has done some good work for me a few times.This time Chuck brought my old laptop back to life with a memory upgrade and upgraded my laptop to windows vista when everyone else in chattanooga said it couldn't be done. He didnt try to over sale me he just did as I asked him to.Computer aid has in the past fix laptop broken keys and repair laptop heating problem. In summary, I refer you to computer aid because I found them to be a true and professional.

My laptop was working fine one day, and the next morning it would not boot. Said no hard drive found. I called computer aid. He was here later that day and I was up and running after that. I am very pleased. I will call him again.
