There tracking service was down on the website, but there lovely office manager helped me out via email. she was top notch, she went above and beyond her role in the company, in my eyes. The service guy that come out was profesional and had a postive attitude. he found the issues with my washer and explained everything in detail.

Provided by YP.comThey called 24 hours in advance to give me a time window then again 1/2 hour before arriving. They actually gave me the name of the service tech before he arrived on time. Accessed the situation gave me info & then fixed quickly. Very friendly technician. Would highly recommend Fred's Appliance for repairs.

Provided by YP.comMy new microwave operated fine, but made a clicking noise and surged the power at one minute. KitchenAid customer service called Fred's and they came within a couple days and were very prompt - and after testing the oven, explained that it was a power reset feature! All is good and thanks to Fred's!

Provided by YPmobileWe bought a new fridge and it was running nearly constantly. It was pricey and we were considering returning it. We contacted Whirlpool and they felt the run time we reported was too long. Chad from Fred's was sent to our home. He checked the fridge over thoroughly. Then explained somw unique things about the way this highly efficient fridge is meant to operate. When he left we felt great about our purchase, and no longer had concerns about what the electric bill would be our if the fridge was cold enough. Hrs assured us he's gone on many calls for this model where people have the same concerns. The experience was very positive and we'd gladly call Fred's in the future if we had a problem with an appliance.

Provided by YP.comFred's is hit or miss, depending on who you get as a technician. For our dishwasher, we had to have at least 4 different techs out... the one guy insisted it was my dishwashing detergent instead of looking at the machine even though I described the problem precisely. If I hadn't described it so precisely, the guy who came out the last time would not have been able to fix it so quickly. We have a lot of dogs, and we let them lick the plates, and knowing we ate off of dirty plates for how long because of crappy technicians is kind of disgusting. (The owner's son was the worst). The guy who came out to fix our freezer jumped something with a wire, charged us $75, replaced nothing, and recorded it as me not turning the ice dispenser on (duh,, yes I tried that repeatedly, or I would not have called a company to fix it)
Dicey.
I need a repair company right now for my dishwasher, and the thought of calling fred's makes my skin crawl. I don't like eating off of dirty dishes

He serviced my issue quickly and was very knowledgeable. i even had a question about another appliance and he was able to help me out there too. It was a welcome change to get great service. We will definitely be using Fred's appliance repair in the future.

Provided by YP.comFred's came to address a draining problem with our Maytag washer that was still under warranty. Our service technician, Tim, was here right on time. He was very polite and professional. He corrected the problem and offered suggestions for better appliance performance.
Needless to say - Extremely happy with our first experience with Fred's.

Provided by YP.comI received excellent service from Brian! I was not able to be home when the tech came out, my 18 yr old son was here. Very impressed with the email receipt that was emailed to me as soon as my job was complete and the job status card left behind, I appreciate all the great emails I received from Gail while working to schedule my service. Excellent communications! I will use Fred's again for my appliance needs!!

Provided by YPmobileI absolutely rate Fred's a 5 if you get a good tech. ERIC is amazing! I have had Fred's to my home a number of times.... Thanks to crummy Whirlpool. I have 5 children and there is always something going on around here. Always chaotic. When a washing machine breaks it gets ugly. Eric is always polite and courteous and efficient and pleasant. He's great. This time I also had another tech. Uggghh. He didn't listen to me when I tried to explain what was going on with my appliance. He was very "silly woman, you know nothing" about it. Two days later (I needed two different repairs) Eric came out. I was so relieved to see him. He listened. I was correct in what I believed to be the problem. Yay "silly woman". Eric ordered the parts, made pleasant convo., cleaned up his mess and left. Other tech came back :( Continued to be condescending, rude, he did fix it though. Then he left. I had parts all over my counter. There was broken glass on my counter he must have found in the dishwasher and left that on the counter (again mom of 5). So I bagged up the parts and I am now storing them. Not sure if they are good or not? Office is great. Lady's are quick to get you scheduled. I got to speak with Greg a few times in parts/service. So long story short.... Overall Great!!!! But ask for the right tech. I like Eric.
