I had fred's appliance come and fix my washer that I bought from Home Depot.They were professional and very efficient.I had to wait for parts but as soon as the parts were delivered to my house,they called and were there the next business day.They were on time and cleaned up after themselves.I wish they were open on the weekends because they couldn't fix my washer on Saturday and I had to wait til Monday.

Excellent warranty repair work on a over the range microwave oven. Technician arrived on time and promptly completed the repair. Fred's Appliance maintains excellent communications with the customer via email and automated phone messages. BJ was very friendly and took great care to make sure the repair was completed without creating any mess or damage to the surrounding area. I would definitely contact them for any future needed service calls.

Very nice worker and was on time. Had problem figured out in no time.

I just love how fast and friendly Fred's appliance are. Tim G was a very professorial. I just found my repair company for life.

We had trouble with our brand new Whirlpool refrigerator and after initial determination was made by Josh of Fred's, parts were ordered and freezer drawer was fixed by Art. Both servicemen did a great job. Art did not leave until we looked over the refrigerator and made sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. Thanks for the exceptional and friendly service!!

Fred's Appliance was on time with their estimated window of appointment time. I received an automated call saying Brian was finished with his previous service call and would be on his way. I also liked their email the day before showing a picture of the serviceman, Brian, that would be coming out to do the service. Brian was pleasant and finished quickly. Thanks to Brian at Fred's Appliance for coming out and repairing the wash machine! He knew exactly what was wrong with it when my mom told his about the squeaking! After that it took him less than 45 minutes to repair it! This business is highly recommended by our family!

Brian was the technician who came to my house. He knew what the problem was right away. He fixed it promptly, was very clean about the repair and was very polite. This was a repair through a warranty so I can speak to price but service and professionalism were great.

Greg was very friendly,and he fixed my washer within 15 to 20 minutes .He alwaso gave me a lesson on my washer on what not to do so this will not happen again.A little sock was in the drain going to the pump so it shut my washer down he took the sock off and it worked again. I was so happy.Way to go Freds Appliance for hiring such great ,Friendly workers.
