The Technician Luke was Great! He was very professional and efficient. I would hope that if I ever had another problem that all the staff would be as wonderful as Luke.

The only issue I saw was with the customer service at the main Number. There were a couple issues with scheduling and phone calls but other than that it was great!

Fred's appliance was on time and knowledgeable about the repairs needed on our fridge/freezer. They fixed our freezer, which was leaking, needed the drain valve replaced and our water/ice dispenser needed replacing. They ordered the parts and they were delivered quickly. I would definitely refer Fred's appliance to friends and family.

My experience with this company was a good one to say the least. He was on time and very professional. I would refer you and many others to go to Fred's Appliance because they get the job done!

I called Fred's Appliance Company to fix my meat tray on my Whirlpool Refrigerator. Their service technicians are on time, knowledgable, and professional! Prompt courteous service and my washer was fixed within minutes. Was not charged for the call, which was very nice. It pays to deal with locally owned business. A+++ goes to Freds Appliance and Griffiths

He was on time, professional and very friendly to my kids, dog and me. He fixed my dishwasher and did not make a mess like some repairmen do.

I have used Fred's before and they are outstanding. I emailed the night before for a next day appointment and they called me early and gave me a noon appointment. They tech's that work for them are great. I usually have Art as my tech but he was unavailable and they sent out Eric. He was nice, fast and got me using my wash machine within the hour. I will always call Fred's!

Fred's was very professional and the technician was well dressed and very polite. He fixed my dishwasher in less thna 15 minutes and knew just what to do. He showed up on time and conducted himself very respectfully. I really appreciated the link on the email to let me know where he was and the phone call telling me the technician was on his way. I definitely reccommend Fred's to repair your appliances

The tech was fast and efficient and kept me advised before arriving of his status--running a little behind. The office notified me as well. I would have preferred the visit charge be applied toward the total cost of the repair but otherwise a great experience

The tech knew exactly what was wrong and even arrived on time. My washer was working again quickly.

Best repair service that I've ever used. Loved that I was able to confirm my appointment by email and received an email link that enabled me to track my technician's schedule during the day so that I could approximate when he would arrive. Friendly, courteous, prompt service. Tech was able to order the necessary parts during the service call and could tell me when he would return to install the parts. Luke was great to deal with. Great experience -- I would highly recommend!

All the people at Fred's Appliance that I had the pleasure of interacting with were very polite and a joy to work with. I called, they came out within a day, they ordered my parts, called me to tell me when they would arrive, scheduled my repair and got my washer fixed --ALL THIS in less than a week =) Benjamin and Art were very professional as was the lady that called me to let me know my parts would be shipped =) I highly recommend Fred's for all your appliance servicing =) Thank you very much =)

The technician was there when he said he would be. He found the problem with my refrigerator and fixed it very quickly. Then he explained to me exactly what was wrong.
