The staff is wonderful and does their tasks without issue. They also are very helpful and friendly.

I really like the new appointment system. I used it for the first time today and I was seen very quickly. Certainly saves time. The staff at the lab were especially helpful in that I didn't know about appointments until the airman at the counter said that is the best way to go. When I got my blood drawn today (01 Dec 2022) the phlebotomist was very cheerful and did a fantastic job with the blood draw.

I would have given 5 stars but the guy had to stick me twice. I hate needles too. Thank you

The woman who took my blood was very kind and gentle. I felt calm there, i have a fear of needles because of a bad experience 2 years ago and was very nervous but she eased me and they gave me a kitkat afterwards!

Absolutely wonderful lab staff! I have so much respect for the entire hospital that I look forward to visiting!
