Staff was courteous and my appt was on time. I was done 11 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

From the counter to station, staff conducted their duties professionally.

The service is great but I still had to wait for 45 minutes even though I had an appointment.

I had a 0930 appt. with 2 people in front of me to check in. Got called within 5 minutes to a drawing chair. From check in to walking out the door was less than 20 minutes. All personnel were polite and efficient.

The appointment process was confusing; it displayed as a meeting with a phlebotomist, but I was providing a post-vasectomy sample. The tech at the desk was not very informative on the process & the instructions provided in the bag he gave me were incomplete. Without full guidance, I made the assumption that I dropped the sample in the rotating window in the bathroom. thankfully I queried the tech as I was leaving & he told me to retrieve it from the bathroom & bring it to him. If the tech had taken 1 minute to fully explain the process &/or the paper instructions were complete, an already awkward process could have been streamlined.

I was early for my appointment by more than 20 minutes but was still taken back right away. Very grateful for the extended hours as well! Thanks!

Making an appointment, work incredibly well. My only comment would be that there needs to be a better way to handle the need for a same day appointment.
