Everyone was very nice and professional

The Laboratory personnel are always professional and helpful. The new appointment system is well designed and readily accessible.

The only phlebotomist there was Synder and she was amazing! She was professional and almost did her job completely pain free.. and the music help make the environment more relaxing! Synder was awesome!

Even though I had an appointment and even arrived before the appointment time, I still had a long wait. No one was called back to the lab in a 30minutes period. When I was finally called I asked if I had chosen an appointment during lunch break and was told there were only two lab techs working that day. (there were four in the room at the time).

With an appointment it is faster and efficient. But it would be better if you were informed what type of lab draw to be taken. Ie. fasting required or not.

Staff is always pleasant, patient and very efficient. So blessed that I am able to go to Nellis to get things done.

Was able to make an appointment online to try and lessen time spent at hospital. Arrived 10 minutes before appt and checked in. Was seen and received services within 10 minutes. Excellent overall experience!! Being able to make an appointment is great!

From the time I stepped up to the counter, I was treated with the utmost respect. Even though I had scheduled a lab appointment, however , the doctor hadn’t sent over a test order. The young African American man was so kind instructing me to check with the doctor. I did check and it took about 10 minutes to process the request. When I returned to the lab the same young man was there. His professionalism, Care, Respect and just a, “nice” young man helped make my experience a positive one. Thank you!
