Overall, making the appointment was excellent. Everything went very smoothly and I was processed and completely done in a very short time. The only suggestion I would pass along is that the Lab has moved to those whom have not been to the hospital in over a year or 18 months.
after walking from the parking lot to the previous location of the lab it was a very long walk to navigate the hospital to find where the lab is located (outside). For those of us that have walking issues it was a very long walk.

Was scheduled ahead of time. Got there approx 10 minutes ahead of time as requested. My information was entered. Label printed. Told to go on back. Told to take a seat. Blood was taken on first attempt. Very relaxing atmosphere. Pleasant. Put my son's wheelchair in the car, we got in the car 1 minute before scheduled time! Very pleased.

The paper on for the check in kiosk was out and there was no paper found to replace. A male airmen working the front desk showed initiative and resourcefulness by recommending using sticky notes for customers' numbers to help keep the process running smoothly. I was very impressed.

You won't believe how many people I've told about this improved lab experience. Pick your appointment, show up, sign in and get your blood drawn or whatever you're to have done there. Wow.....fast and efficient.......not the military way but it is here. Great Job Lab folks

Easy to make appointment, fast and efficient service upon arrival

I hope you keep the appointment system when you return to normal facility. For those of us on tight schedules or live an hour away it worked out fabulous.

I had an appointment, when I arrived already several people waiting. They respected the appointment time!! My appointment was at 7 am, I was done and in my car by 7:10!
The phlebotomist was excellent too! Didn't feel a thing!
