Allowing patients the option to walk-in or make an appointment is an excellent idea.

My visit to the new laboratory was an excellent experience. I made my appointment with ease and when I arrived my lab work went very promptly in a professional way. Thank you to all the laboratory staff.

Computers were down, Printers were down, no one was helping with the check-in and it was somewhat disorganized, probably because of the move.

better than expected during Lab moving

Appointment system is fantastic! Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The checkin kiosk looks great (I didn't have to use it since I made an appt), but a lot of people (mostly older people) had a difficult time figuring it out. I had to help two while I was waiting in line to checkin. It would defeat the purpose assigning someone to help people use the kiosk, but if there is an extra person during peak times it may be helpful.

Only problem was the location of the temporary lab and the directions to reach the lab. Was difficult to find.
