Working with Mercury Transport and Joe Kelly was more than I expected. After another company totally dropped the ball on getting me settled with a car hauler to transport a family car from south Dallas to middle Michigan, I had low expectations and feared for my pocketbook. I reached out to Joe Kelly and he picked up the ball and ran with it. The quote was pleasantly lower than I had expected, and he kept in touch every day. When an offer came through, he gave me the choice of whether to take a different price or wait for another driver to take the load. He Gave Me The Choice! And I am beyond thrilled with how it all worked out. Joe vetted the drivers after talking with me, then I was in direct contact with the drivers, but still had Joe available for the entire process. The drivers showed up exactly when they said they would, they did all the work to load an inoperable roller (read here: heavy metal!), and my family on the receiving end of the trip got the car fast, in expected condition, and were thrilled with the delivery communication and process. I will absolutely call Mercury Transport and Joe Kelly when I need cars hauled again.

They shipped a 2014 Cadillac ctsv for me to my buyer. My buyer was Please with there services.

Mercury Auto Transport was great to work with. Logan, my agent, worked hard to get me what I was looking for. The transport driver was in constant contact and delivered my Jeep in perfect condition, and June from the fulfillment department made sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely use them again!

I needed a vehicle that I just purchased shipped across the country (Arizona to Virginia) and my broker from Mercury Auto Transport (Joel Licata) made the process easier than easy. I was getting flooded with quotes and follow-ups through other services I was trying to get estimates from and it was paralyzingly overwhelming. Going through Joel, I had to worry about NOTHING and he handled the logistics for me; and he handed my and my brother's (the person in Arizona who had the car) flakiness and constant updates to schedules.

And I don't think he could have found and picked a better transporter. To say everything was smooth as butter would not be giving enough credit.

From the first contact with our agent Misty Stovall, we were treated with courtesy and responsiveness. She explained the whole process and pricing, kept in contact until she found the carrier. Android Khaustov, the driver was great too. Good communication, came on time, and even made great time across the country. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother! Very satisfied!

Lawrence Reeves and his team did an awesome job transporting my vehicle from Fort Worth to Mankato. They kept me informed of everything that was going on and my bill was what I was quoted. Pick up and delivery was on time and smoothly executed. I appreciate all of your hard work and would recommend you to anyone in need of vehicle transport.

Mercury Auto Transport was phenomenal to work with! The communication was amazing from both Deb and June From The Beginning until the end. My vehicle was picked up Wednesday evening From Saint Louis Missouri and was delivered to Las Vegas Nevada in perfect condition by Friday evening! I definitely recommend anybody out there looking for a reasonable and professional company!

George was great! Kept in contact and tried to get the best rate he could. The pickup man was also very nice and careful. He delivered the vehicle the same day instead of the following morning. He let me know when it was delivered, and was just as great on the delivery, as he was on pickup. Very happy with the service and people. Would definitely use Mercury in the future!

After exploring our many options, we decided to go with Mercury Auto Transport because of our Agent, William. He was very honest, professional, and attentive. He was with us every step of the way. Giving us advice on the How to's, what to expects, and what nots to do along the way. Even after our delivery, the follow up communication from June was great. Excellent service for car transportation

I used Mercury Auto Transport for a vehicle I purchased 900+ miles away, my Mercury representative Lawrence Reeves kept me updated throughout my transport. My 1st driver had issues with it's trailer and couldn't get to my vehicle, Lawrence got me a new driver within hours and my vehicle was pickup and on it's way to me. My driver Georgio (Golz Transportation) updated me 2 hours before his arrival, my vehicle was pickup on Monday and scheduled to be delivered on Thusrday but it was delivered early on Tuesday. I highly suggest to anyone on using Mercury Auto Transport on there vehicle Transport, I'll be using Mercury on my future auto transportation.

My move to San Diego is complete and I couldn’t be happier with Mercury Auto Transport and Jake Horner.
