I chose Mercury Auto Transport to ship our van from Texas to Michigan for a wheelchair conversion. Charlie Steeves did a great job arranging the transport at a reasonable rate.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Ronnie from Mercury Auto Transport. After researching several companies and reading reviews I was really trying to avoid being a victim of an unpleasant shipping experience. Working with Ronnie was great! He wasn’t a fast talker (like some of my call flows went) but seemed to genuinely care about my situation and assisting me the best way possible. I would definitely recommend using this company in the future and if I ever do need a car shipped again I would love to work directly with Ronnie again as well as the driver Ruben who was also great keeping me up to date every step of the way! My son received his HS graduation gift from his grandmother and was so excited! Thank you!

Eric was very helpful, honest, patient. I was shopping my daughters car to Florida and was getting a lot of calls and texts. His email explaining how the process works and video really helped. He answered all of my questions and was very patient! Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal experience with Jesus Vega- perfect, responsive communication over text and email, on time pickup and delivery, and great value. It was hard to find anyone to ship a private vehicle (I'm not a dealer)- I'm so grateful I found Mercury!

Mercury transport was able to find and closed car carrier for my xt5 from Florida to New Mexico. Staying up my time schedule as well as we're flexible for my destination delivery needs. Everyone was responsive and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Spencer kept me in the loop prior to arranging the pickup, and the vendor he chose did as well once he had possession of my vehicle. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

The dealership I bought my car from had a broker that they work with but I always have to try things my way. I was overwhelmed with calls and emails but Joe Kelly’s emails and subsequently talking to him sold me. He found a great shipper who got my car to me the next day. Honestly was skeptical trusting my personal belongings with someone I didnt know, but the broker on the operation, the quality service person doing followups, and of course the carrier were extremely forthright, transparent, and very easy to work with.

I would 100% work with them again and refer any other business as they made my cross country move a breeze!!

Exceptional customer service especially by Trevor Thomas who kept me in the loop of the transport company and how to reach them, etc. It was our first time doing something like this and when moving out of state, you sometimes have to just hope that everything will work out and your vehicle will make it safely. With this company, no worrying involved. Highly recommended

Wow just a great company from pick up to delivery! Seamless Scott Hawley was the best to deal with and he hooked us up with a great transporter. The driver was awesome as well!

If you've looked into auto transport you know it's a jungle. I was apprehensive at it was my first experience. This company it's the best in USA because I try to pick up my 2 car from Oregon state to California state no one pick up my cars for one than I try try this company only 2 days they pick up the cars and one day I received my cars thanks a lot for your cooperation

What can I say about Mercury Auto Transport LLC and specifically, Kristopher Wolfendale! They really kept me in the loop with what was going on from start to finish. Kris worked diligently to get me the best deal possible and on the dates I really needed. He was professional and attentive, and he made me feel as if I was not just customer on a list of customers, but I and my business were important. My car was delivered BEFORE the expected due date, and the drivers kept me in the loop on the journey as well. I couldn't have asked for things to go any smoother! I would definitely recommend this company...where you are not just a number; you are valued!!
