I had a great experience with this transport service! The point of contact Eric was very helpful with the whole process! He made sure I had a reliable car transporter and the best deal possible. All other transporters had good deals until the time of booking, they added extra fees and all sort of other things but Eric did not, he was straight forward, gave me all the information and charged me one price and stuck by that price the entire process. I really appreciate him and all the work he did!

Wonderful experience from start to finish with Mercury Auto Transport! I was nervous to ship a car from the San Francisco area to my home in New York and researched literally a dozen auto transport companies before putting my full confidence in Mercury Auto Transport. Their ratings across Google, BBB, and other places were consistently higher than their competitors, and their prices were good (not too high, not too low). Jason sent me many informative emails from day one, checked in with me via text, and followed up all along the way. Everything went smoothly. My car was delivered on the exact day they quoted, and the driver was courteous and also did a good job communicating with me during the expected delivery window. If I ever need to transport a car again, or know someone who needs to, I will enthusiastically recommend Mercury Auto Transport! Worth doing the research and reading the reviews to go with the right company.

I had SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many people emailing and calling me about my transport from IN to CA... I did my research and felt very, very comfortable with Joe Kelly from Mercury... he was professional, friendly and not over the top "pushy". He also provided me with some helpful hints when doing my research. He was a little higher than the other guys, but completely worth the money! I wanted me car to arrive in perfect condition and it did! Truck picked up on time, and delivered the 5th morning into CA.. super fast and super professional! Will use again and will tell anyone I know needing to move a car to use Joe! He's THE BEST!!!

With just four days notice Trenton found a carrier for me and everything worked out perfectly thanks a lot Trenton you're a true professional, and I would not hesitate to use mercury again.

Excellent customer service. My point of contact was Ivan Castenada. He took the time to explain in great detail the process and how the carrier is selected. We ended up using a company called Way To Go with the point of contact of Donna Garcia. Communication between all parties was good. Very happy with the experience.

We couldn’t have asked for any better customer service and professionalism! Jim Gozde stayed in constant contact before the pickup in Cottonwood, AL and to the final destination in Coronado, CA where our grandson is stationed with the Navy. This is the first vehicle he’s bought and he did it over the phone and on FaceTime so he was anxious to see it for the first time. Jim secured Car Lover Transportation and handed us off into the capable hands of Nestor Laureiro who delivered the Mustang to its new owner. The entire process was seamless, professional and affordable!

Paul Martin made a difficult thing for me to do absolutely seamless. He handled all communication and correspondence effortlessly and I am so thankful. And Drew who actually took “Big Blue” to Ohio for me, I honestly can’t thank enough! You talked to myself and my sister throughout the process, and it meant so much.

From my first inquiry as to the cost of moving a car from one state to another, Scott Hawley replied with a quote and a full explanation as to how the service works and how he/ they operate as a company.
Any questions I had Scott replied right away by email and text.
Once Mercury was booked he followed up with all information and asked if I had any questions.
He again followed up with the exact transporter and date to be picked up.
Once that was as scheduled June from Mercury followed up every step of the way - pick up, communication during transport and then if my vehicle had been delivered yet! She then followed up with the transport to give me a better Delivery window. Then called to be sure vehicle was delivered. It was the process went pretty smooth!
This afternoon Scott then emailed and texted to confirm all went well!

I tried a few other brokers to have my son's van shipped from WA to CA and found that Mercury is BY FAR the most professional, reasonably priced, experienced, communicative and friendly company of all. I would recommend using them to anyone. Tracy Nelson and June Carroll and the carrier's driver were very pleasant, attentive and thorough to all the fine details of the transaction... . BEYOND TOTALLY SATISFIED!!

I shipped a Mercedes E63 and used the enclosed transport. Mercury (Spencer Thomas) handled all the details. Communication was great, service equally great, and the end result was my car arrived on time as estimated and in great shape. I recommend these folks and will use them again if the opportunity arises.
