We had a wonderful experience with Mercury Auto Transport they are very professionals they are on top of your order since the time you sign the contract all the way until car drop off.
They maintain daily contact with you letting you know when they have the driver and when they are picking up your car, after pick up they keep asking you if you had any contact with driver.
All this smooth transportation is done thanks to the professionalism, expertise and quality of the greatest agent "Jim Gozde" , great person very polite and on top of everything. Very professional.
I don't have enough words to talk about Mercury Auto Transport with his agent Jim Gozde, I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to anyboy.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience in dealing with Mercury Auto Transport LLC and their representative Paul Martin he was kind, professional, and caring. He told me exactly what to expect, what to look out for and kept me informed. I also like our driver Andres for the short time that we interacted with him I loved his personality. I would without hesitation recommend Mercury transport to any one.

This is our second time to use Mercury Auto Transport to ship our car from Michigan to California. We were so impressed with the service that Kandy Kelly gave us last time, we didn't hesitate or shop around at all and went straight to her this time. We asked an enclosed trailer initially and she worked really hard to meet our need. She found one or two, but since we also special requirement about deliver date, and those didn't work. She kept looking around and also kept us updated throughout the process. We realized that an enclosed trailer is not easy to find on our route to meet both our pick up and deliver dates, so we asked her to find an open trailer instead, and she got one for us the next day! The carriers that came last time and this time were really great and easy to work with. Our cars were delivered without any problems. Overall a great experience from start to end. I highly recommend Kandy Kelly!

There are a lot of transport companies out there that want you business. Mercury was not the cheapest, but Jim took the time to explain the transport business and how it worked. Mercury got my business as a result.

The actual transport of my car was painless. Driver Jose and dispatcher Yvette were cordial and professional. More importantly, my car arrived in one piece which I appreciated.

Vehicle was transported expedited and safely to North Carolina through Mercury Transport by Powers Trucking company! Drew was upfront and very knowledgeable as far as how explaining to me how everything would transpire!! I would definitely use each of there services again!!!

I shipped cars in the past a very long time ago. I reviewed several companies before choosing Mercury. The reason I chose them is because they had a high rating for communication and honesty. Jim Gozde was my main point of contact. I had a few family issues come up and had to change the scheduled more than once. Jim Gozde was right on top of it and we worked out the dates. The car was picked up from Albany NY on Saturday and delivered to Orlando Florida on Monday. This was a quick service and price was just a little more than what was initially quoted but not enough to want another company where i was quoted 200-300 dollars more. Communications, Jim connected me with the driver and he kept me informed of his progress, locations and how long it would take him to arrive. The driver called me directly at least 5 times and the last time called he was 15 minutes away. All i can say is Jim, and the driver "Pedro" was very professional and took care of us. If anyone needs vehicle transport I would highly recommend them. communications is key and they are on top of this hourly.

Our experience working with Joe Kelly was great. He communicated weekly with check ins and status updates which we appreciated because we were moving out of state. Our carrier Matthew was great as well! We would definitely use Mercury Auto Transport and reach out to Joe Kelly should we require an auto transport again, he’s you man to get the job done

OMG...the Edgar Sanchez was GREAT!!! I would like to thank Scott Hawley and Edgar Sanchez so much for getting my vehicles transported in such a short notice. Edgar was real informative, thorough, and very meticulous with my vehicles. He returned everyone one of my phone calls and texts. He made sure I was aware what was going on with my vehicles at all times and gave his ETA whenever I asked. My vehicles arrived safe and on time, like expected... I appreciate all his help. I will make sure I use Mercury Auto Transport again the next time I need my vehicles transported. Edgar is GREAT.. He too was friendly and extremely professional. He was on time picking up my car and actually delivered it ahead of schedule. He took great care of my car. Things got a bit complex when we, on short notice, had to reschedule. In a very short time, Deb arranged another date that met our requirements. Cici at Mercury went above and beyond to get our car transported across the country. We had a couple of setbacks (none of them Cici's fault) but she worked tirelessly to get the car transported quickly as possible. She responded quickly to our questions and kept us updated on the status of our transport. Great customer service from Cici! We would definitely use Cici as our broker for next car transport.
