A very bad experience.

Joel did not follow up diligently to take charge of my order, resulting in my car not being picked up before deadline. NO ANY UPDATES after I made order.

I needed to spend extra time and money to rent a car and the inconvenience caused to me I don't want to talk about it anymore.

Joel, I really questioned this person's business skills, when I asked for a refund of the deposit he told me Mercury contacts don't refund deposit/broker fees, but that's not what it says on the official website. It says on the website that if the car is not picked up on the pick up date within 3 days, the customer can get a full refund.

But I haven't heard anything from Joel since 3.1 when I asked for a refund of my deposit. He didn't apologize in any way and didn't even think it was a mistake in his work.

I just want to ask if someone can handle my refund now? Who should I seek help from?

Mercury Auto will have my business and anybody I know needs their service for life. Jim Godze was with me every step of the way, even up until My Car, 'My Baby', was picked up. He quickly responded and was so helpful and fast..He had exceptional customer service and took care of everything in no time at all. Did I mention it was cheaper than I thought and cheaper than what I was quoted with the other companies. Thank You So Much Jim Godze You Were Amazingly Awesome!!! Thank You Mercury Auto.

Mercury Auto did an excellent job transporting my vehicle. William Kuchtiak and June Carroll were excellent communicators from beginning to end and the transporters were had wonderful attitudes. Collectively, they took great care of my Mazda, picking up and delivering on time.

They were able to make the whole process easy to understand, and kept great communication throughout. Lawrence R***** was able to get a carrier quickly and within the range of the initial quote. The vehicle came in earlier than expected and was in good condition. All in all, I would highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport if you need a vehicle shipped.

This is actually my second time working with Mercury Auto. They shipped my truck from GA to WA back in 2019, and back to GA recently. From initial quote to carrier pickup to delivery was a smooth process. Jim Gozde and June gave me constant updates on available carriers, pickup windows, and payment process. The driver even sent me update texts as he crossed the country, and arrived 2 days early! If I need to ship my car again in the future I know who I’ll be asking first. Thanks!

First time to use a transport company, I had a great experience! Would definitely use again!

They did an amazing job on getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ohio to Arizona. William was a great help and very knowledgeable. They were not like other companies, begging me, harassing. Very upfront and educated me on how this process was going to happen. Quoted a ball park price but I knew because of gas prices it could go up. I think they said it could be 1000-1200 but we ended up paying 1400. We were fine with that and trusted William to get us the best deal. Communication was close to being great but not perfect but the questions I needed help with, were never urgent and got them answered at a reasonable time. I have heard horror stories but got my Jeep picked up Thursday and dropped off Sunday like said. I was told there was a chance that it would be later than Sunday but it was there in Phoenix. I would this company again. Everyone was very nice

Working with Logan Raprager was a wonderful experience, he was attentive to my needs, prompt responses when I had questions, and found a reasonable 3rd party company to bring my vehicle to me.
