Smooth process. I arrived earlier than my appointment and was able to be seen early. Practically zero waiting time between check in and going into the lab. The lab attendants were kind and understanding and made the process easy. They even gave me candy after drawing blood.

My apt was 0815. I arrived at 0750.. Over and done
by 0820...Very satisfied..tks

Everything was wonderful l. I had a 730 appointment and was done by 734. The guy that drew my blood was great and knowledgeable

Had an appt and was in and out within 10 minutes of that time.

Waiting was so quick from the check in time till the time I was called for actual blood work took only approximately 15 minutes.
So it’s always better to have an appointment.

Making the appointment made things go so quickly. The lab tech who drew my blood was very professional and competent.

My doctor had not told me that I had to fast for one of the labs and the airman that helped me was able to order the labs that I didn’t need to fast for and then instead of making me wait the next day after fasting and a one hour commute to base he was able to check me in and get the last lab done. Customer service to the max.. this is what patient care is supposed to be like

Check in was easy and was taken back at my appointment time. The phlebotomist I had did a great job. She was quick and minimized the poke and made me comfortable.
