They are great

The lab staff are awesome. The website to make appointments could use a few changes. instead of using the email as the sole source to schedule appointments. Maybe you should use the DoDID number and the phone number entered. otherwise, why require the DoDID number and phone number.

Its faster if we have an appt. Lab crew was fast and the front desk called me in right away

This was the second time I made appointment and I was in and out fast. the first appointment did not go well and they cleared out walk ins before me with appointment. I can’t say enough excellent things about today’s visit. thank you for serving and take care of us retirees and spouses.

So very impressed with my appointment! Was scheduled for 7:45 and was called at 7:44! Doesn’t get much better than THAT! Person taking my blood was fast and efficient and knew what she was doing!

The lab technician was very professional.

The woman who checked me in was courteous. And the lab technician did a great job on my draw. Barely felt the needle go in. She was also wonderful.

The desk staff was awesome, professional and courteous throughout. However, the lab technician (who drew my blood) was outright exceptional and should be commended for both his expertise and professional demeanor! Job extremely well done! My sincere thanks!

The lab tech was super great. She was very gentle with me and understood my anxiety.
