Making an appointment makes a big waiting difference ... thank you

Great service!

Making an appointment was easy. Arrived 20 minutes before appointment. Got checked in and called back for blood draw. I was completed 5 minutes after my appoint. Needles were nice and sharp, didn’t feel a thing.
Thanks lab, you deserved 5 stars today.

Phenomenal experience. My appointment was right on time, the wait was almost non existent. My lab tech (if that’s what you call them) was very efficient. Friendly too. I’ve been told I’m a hard stick, but she had no issues whatsoever. I’m very pleased.

Quick and professional

My check in some how got lost. I arrived at 915 for a 930 appointment. At 950, I had to see what was going on as my number wasn't called I already waited nearly 3 weeks for the appointment. 3 techs for about 30 people waiting. I get it, everyone is short staffed. My blood draw went smooth.

I had an appt at 230 but didn’t get taken back until after 3 and only because I went up to see how much longer since I had another appt next door at 330 with radiology. Somehow my paperwork got misplaced and on top of that when I was taken back there were still other patients waiting in the lobby but in the back there was no one having blood drawn and there was an airmen and TSgt working back there. I am a retired vet and it upsets me to see the laziness of a lot of the current personnel I’ve encountered while receiving medical on base here at Nellis. SrA DelaRosa was working the front counter she was very professional and courteous. The two working in the back should take some notes from her.

The appointment process and check in was efficient and easy.

Making an appointment for lab work is the way to go. Gosh, when I entered the lab reception area, it was teeming with people. I definitely did not want to wait for a number to be called two hours later. In the future, if at all possible, I will make an appointment for lab work. I was in and out. Thanks!
