I had an appointment scheduled for 0915, I wasn't called back until 0945. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very quick and easy with an appointment

First time I had an appointment and it went very smoothly. I would normally wait almost 2 hours for a walk in. My appointment was at 9 am and I was out of there at 20 after. The tech was great too.

I loved how easy the process was, the wait time was very good also. Everything was great!

Quick with an appointment

Checked in early for my appointment and was seen early. Great service, and lab tech was very personable.

The personnel working here are polite, professional, and efficient.

The wait times are pretty long. I waited about 45 minutes with an appointment made. The long wait times doesn't seem to be caused by the personnel here as they are efficient and don't waste time between patients. Likely the cause is due to lack of personnel. I did see a few empty seats, but that's a difficult challenge to overcome as getting new people isn't something that can easily be done.

All in all, just feel they are doing a great job considering the resources they do have.

Great service. I had an appointment and when I checked in at the Kiosk, I pressed the blood draw tab and was never called. Even though I pressed the wrong tab at the kiosk it should have informed staff that I was there.

I didnt get the name of the lady that took my blood but she was Filipino.
I never had as many vials of blood taken like I did today. She talked to me the whole time, she was sweet, quick, gentle. Hope to have her again!

This was my first time using the appt line to make a laboratory appt and it was GREAT ! I was checked in and blood drawn within 9 minutes !! Usually I don’t make an appt and I wait for over an hour closer to two hours to be seen , will definitely recommend

Like the appointment option, quickly taken care of after checking in. My only issue with the system is the calendar appointment continues to pop up in the inbox regardless whether I press accept, decline, or maybe.

Wait time was long. Technician who drew blood was outstanding!
