Excellent job

My experience was very satisfied. I was called on time.

When I arrived for my appt. the lab realized the order had expired. They told me to go to the family health clinic to have them re-issue the order and then come back to the window and they could do my blood draw. Family Health was very accommodating and helpful and the lab personnel were very helpful to make sure I got my labs taken care of. Kudos to all!! Great experience.

The next available appointment was a week out but I got there got right in and was seen by a very professional young airman. Very easy and efficient process.

Phlebotomist was exceptionally gentle and professional. I was seen promptly, and that was great since I had been fasting and could hardly wait to get my morning coffee.

I usually have MAJOR issues getting my blood drawn (phlebotomist either can’t find the vein, or blood doesn’t flash and it hurts!) but I was seen today and the tall, younger gentlemen with brown hair (unfortunately didn’t get his name) got my draw in one stick! Definitely my most comfortable blood draw experience so please give him a shout out from me for being so nice & leaving me without any bruising or pain!

Experience was “great”. Not too long ago a lab trip took 2-4 hours, even when I was there before 0630 and waited till 0700 for the window to open.
Today I had a 0715hr appointment and was quickly processed and finished before 0730.
The appointment system is working great, the customers are happy and I think is even better/easier for the medics.
My wife had similar experience a week prior.

Lab was great. Major problem caused by lack of communication between appointments, family health, and lab, so no tests ordered. With everyone's help, issue was resolved with only a lot of walking.

Had an appointment and was checked in quickly, person who drew the blood was quick and knowledgable.

the overbooking of appointments causes a delay in services for the client. When I arrived at the lab there were 10 people in line with appointments at approximately the same time. several with the same time frame

the ssgt that was et counter no 2 this am was outstanding i made my appointment online but was unware that my dr put my blood work for aug 1 2023 all she said to me was i was due in aug ,so i did not get my blood work today but the ssgt was kind to reschedule me for 1 aug 20233 outstanding job

even with an appointment, i still had a wait of about 15-20 minutes.
