The tech guerra was very professional and kind. I was there 6/23/2023 @ 5:20pm with another patron. I hope I got her name correct.

First time I used the appointment system. It was easy and fast. The phlebotomist was a pro.

I made an appt via their website. Went straight to the counter and I got called immediately. The phlebotomist was great.

Appointment process is great. Lab staff is excellent

Once you are able to get in to the lab technician, it’s always great! But heave forbid if you didn’t make an appointment! Just getting a ticket from the machine and waiting for your number 3-8 hours for your turn, which I believe is very wrong! Sometimes you done know you need lab work till your done with your doctor’s appointment, 3-8 hour is just wrong. Bring back the old way where everyone gets a ticket!!!

This was my first appt made at the lab. I was called in at my appt time and was out of there in a few minutes. The tech was very professional. I will make an appt in the future, as needed.
