Everything went very smoothly

i waited 3o min after my appointtttment,
ndeded mre workers.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. They listened and understood my concerns. I had an appointment and that definitely helped since they were extremely busy. But they were quick.

Everyone, was nice, everything went well staff was very kind, professionally personable. Recommended highly!

Making appointment is the good way to go.

Things were a bit slow organizationally, but we chalked it up to being a training day (Wednesday). The Phlebotomist was outstanding, she nailed the our veins on the first attempt with discomfort. and very friendly.

Seen before my appt time. Was in and out in less than 5 min. 5 stars!

I had a great experience at Nellis Air Force Base Laboratory. The staff was professional, kind, and very efficient. The person who drew my blood was gentle, and the process was quick and painless.

I was so happy to be taken in for blood draw nearly immediately. It was a blessing rather than sitting for two hours before I received treatment like in the past. Great improvement!

First time using a scheduled appointment for the laboratory. Checked in immediately on arrival. Then instructed to pull a number from the kiosk. 15 minutes later was called to have blood drawn. Better than waiting 2 hours without an appointment.

I appreciated all of the reminders but arrived to find out that there wasn’t an active labs request in my records. Would make sense if this was checked before the appointment reminders are sent out. There was no way for me to know.

Making an appointment was no problem best way to go for service.

I was seen on time with an appointment and the young women did an excellent job with my hard to find veins.

I forgot to check if my doctor’s ordered for my lab work was already sent. When I got there to check in for my appt the lady at the front desk told me that they don’t have anything for me that I have to call my doctor.
