I had an appointment but had to wait 15 minutes to check-in and another 20 minutes to get my blood drawn. I'm used to waiting at the lab, but I had an appointment.

I am very happy about my visit today. My blood test was very easy and comfortable. Everyone was professional and cheerful.

Both the office staff and the phlebotomist were professional and friendly. The phlebotomist was actually excellent as I didn’t even feel the needle being inserted and although I had many vials to fill it went quickly. Very good experience.
