Your facility changed a few policies and didn't notify anyone. For instance, when I spoke to my Dr for the bloodwork she told me no expiration but when I got there they told me I needed another referral

As someone who hates needles, the tech was very nice and caring

-Service was quick and simple
-Technician, one stick and done

Quick service with appointment.

I was seen at my appointment time with no waiting. My 3yo daughter was with me and the techs were super sweet to her and even gave her a lollipop.

Staff friendly and professional. Not enough staff to stay on time with appointments. My 7:20 appointment was not seen until 7:50 due to only one technician working.

I recently (29 Mar) took my IMR required HIV test. The results do not appear to have been published or completed on the IMR website or MHS Genesis.

I received fast and efficient medical care from professionals.

Although a 15 minute wait in line to check in, it was still 100 percent better than the way it used to be. A lot more smoother & faster than traditional way of checking in & waiting over an hour. Keep up the great work!

Very good. A little bit better than old way. I still had to wait 25 minutes even tho I had an appointment and was 10 minutes early to checkin. You need to open TWO windows in AM. Bj

The appointment system was great! I have a 12 month old who needed labs so waiting for hours as a walk-in wasn’t an option. We were in & out in less than 20 minutes.

Everyone was super nice and wanted to be there to help me.
