Check in and wait time was a very fast process. Thank you for being orderly and respecting people’s time when they have appointments.

Staff is always friendly on the occasion I have to get lab work done. Blood draws go smoothly and are always quick.

The Technician listened to me and made the blood draw practically painless!

Overall a decent experience. It definitely pays to have an appointment as the wait time for walk ins seems to be rather lengthy judging by the people in the waiting area. The draw was good, only issue I saw was that for all the appointments and walk-ins, there were only 2 techs actually doing draws. The tech that did my draw said they were already almost thirty minutes behind and they had only been operation for about 2 hours so far that day. Additional techs should be made available to help alleviate the backlog and the wear and tear on the actual working techs.

It’s so congruent to have saved time to get appointments, however there’s still so much lag time between the scheduled appointment time and actually going for the actual blood draw. There’s something to be said about efficient time management by the staff OR increasing the number of available staff. I guess that is for a clinical supervisor or manager to problem solve as there was a long waiting line. The actual blood draw on me was actually excellent. She deserves “kudos” for the effort….

Starting from the front desk to the back everything was professional they did a great job!!!!

Generally good visit.

Arrived 15 mins before appointment time and only window 1 open. My reminder relayed go to window 2. There were 3 people in front of me. Clerk arrived; coffee in hand 10 minutes later. Once checked in I sat for 3 mins and called back. As always service in back was ace! Personnel were knowledgeable and gentle. Appointments are ace as well!
