Snyder was super friendly to all the patients and worked quickly. There were 5 folks during my lab session. She provided the appropriate attention to each patient while still kept people flowing through. She paid extra attention to the parents of the infants that were getting blood drawn. Made everyone feel comfortable.

I just feel every time I go to have my blood drawn, they’re just experimenting on me. They can’t get it on the first stick. I get hurt so bad and it makes my fear of needles worse. I frankly asked them in the beginning if they’re good and they’re not confident w/ their answer so why proceed it in the first place, just hand it to the expert so patient won’t get hurt repeatedly. The other military member was more confident and I sensed that she’s just nice enough to cover for the other one’s mistake.. I hate to be truthful but that’s how I feel about this. If they’re not confident, they should go back to training and practice it to themselves/each other.

Had an appointment for 8:30 A.M. got in at 9:00 A.M. but service was great.

Personnel was great. Only reason not 5 stars was because, despite having an appointment, I still had a significant waiting period between check in and blood draw. Flobotomist listened to my suggestion and drew my blood from my hand as opposed to attempting the difficult veins in my arms. That doesn't usually happen and I often leave with a bandage on each arm and one on my hand where the draw was finally taken after I was put thru 2 uncomfortable failed draws (1 in each arm!)

Was quick and easy

Check in before my scheduled appointment and the wait to be seem wasn't too bad.

I did not wait long after check-in. I have small veins that can be a problem but, when one person had trouble another stepped up and did it.

I was late due to construction but they were very understanding. The tech who drew my blood did a great job and was very nice.

Have changed for the best over the last 6 months. Appointments are a great addition. Had an appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes. Something has happened for the best! Ie, leadership, moral, or just attention to detail and customer service. Thank you for being there!

I loved the two line, appointments and walk ins. The technician who drew my blood did an excellent job. He was a SSgt I believe. One of the best experiences I have had at a military laboratory.

I’m always very difficult to find veins on and they went through 4 ppl before they brought out the vein whisperer! SSgt G was amazing! None of the previous 4 stuck a needle in my arm and I appreciate that!
