Making an appointment online really helped me get in and out without wasting time waiting in the sitting area. The phlebotomist did what he could to make me comfortable being that I let him know I don't do well with needles. He checked on me while he did my draw and said things to lighten up the mood. Pretty much a great experience considering I went in there to get my blood drawn.

Everything was smooth and easy with call in appointments I hope this practice remains when they return to there new facility

The reservation system is excellent!

The staff that does the blood draws are great. The front desk, not so good. What's the point of making an appointment if the line is ignored and the front desk staff keeps calling numbers?! Very frustrating.

You didn't have enough staff for the amount of customers you had. Most of us had appts so there was a line up at the window every one of us thinking the line
didn't apply to us!

Fast and convenient!

Wonderful. They were able to get my vein 1st time and painlessly. Unfortunately the desk was not as great. I faxed over my doctor's request 3 days before my appointment but they never input the information or codes until I arrived.

Loved that you have the option to book appts online. Fast easy check in. Had the most amazing techs that were completely understanding in handling my situation. Kindness and understanding go along way in patient care.

Scheduling appointments was very efficient.

It was incredibly fast and easy to make a lab appointment. My appointment was at 0810, and I was complete at 0813. Top Notch!

The appointment system is outstanding. The Lab Techs are wonderful and work very fast and professional. The whole experience was fast and a lot more painless than expected.

Appointments are great! I checked in and was directed to the backroom to be taken care by a lab technician.
