The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. I appreciate them very much.

No problems at all. Everything went smooth.

On arrival, I learned that Internal Med had not sent any lab orders, despite the fact that I was told to make a Lab appt. for a telephone Dr. Visit. The staff at the lab was very sympathetic. And apologetic. I was given another appointment time after getting orders for fasting labs. I thank them.

Awesome staff

I arrived at my scheduled appt and my doctor had not ordered the required lab work. The Airmen that worked the front desk were so courteous and helpful to track down the doctor and ensure I was able to accomplish my labs. Also, the personnel that accomplished my blood draw were awesome.

I had an appointment and waited a few minutes to get my labels but otherwise my labs were drawn right away.

The appointment process was very smooth. But, it's not always possible to come back if you are there for another appointment. Walk ins should be allowed as well.
