Quick and easy just need a little more clarification on check in project

I appreciate that we can make an appointment. I finished my visit in 10 minutes.

It really helped to have an appointment set up ahead of time. I only had to wait 5 minutes to go into the blood draw station. Last week I didn’t have an appointment, and I waited over 3 hours!

Three hour wait, staff did not follow

Excellent service

Had to be stuck 3 times. My veins pertrude, do not roll and my skin is tight. Never got an apology. Felt the were cavalier and condescending

I was seen and done 10 minutes before my appointment time. The phlebotomist did an excellent job, was friendly, and seemed to be operating very efficiently.

Scheduling was easy. Getting seen was easy. Great job!!

The person in the front office was so great, she knows what she’s doing???? but the only sad part is the one who drew the blood on me. She didn’t give me that elastic thing to squeeze when she told me to have a fist, and I told her that my right arm has a better vein.
She still insisted, I knew that when she poke me there’s no vein on that, she pulled it back and poked me again this time it was so painful ???? and she removed the needle.
And she just didn’t put the bandage on my left arm. She did my right and bandage it. I even requested her to put a bandage on my left arm.
She just don’t care.

I like the appointment system. My technician was the best I've experienced in a long time.

I arrived early, there was no wait, they took me right away. Very quick and efficient.

Aside from the 22 minute wait time just to check in for my appointment with only 4 people infront of me and both counters checking people in, actual service was 5/5.

I had an appointment at 1140. I checked at window 2 and then waited for about 5-10 minutes. Fast enough for me. They are always kind and respectful. If you don't have an appointment it takes a long time to be seeing.

The wait with appointment was too long I waited 40 minutes with the appointment....the young lady that drew my blood was so nice

Even being late, I was promptly seen. The tech was very nice. Over all a very good experience.

They kept my son from passing out during his blood draw. He left feeling like a champ with their encouragement.
