Getting my appointment was a very unpleasant experience - I even spoke with the OIC about my experience.

Just a thought.,,,,,,,how about a dedicated tech for walk ins.........four hour wait is disturbing especally when you drive a long distance or go to the lab after a Dr visit.

Great customer service. Set appointment and was seen as scheduled. Blood draw was easy and handle great. Thanks

Employees need to quit visiting with each & attend to patients needs.
Waiting for your lab tech to finish explaining what they'll be having for lunch each day of the week is so unprofessional & completely selfish while patient is patiently waiting.
To much talking & visiting amongst each other when they could be moving patients along to get on with their day & not waste patients time!

The uniform tech is very knowledgeable and caring.. Thank you very much.

As has been the case with all of the care I’ve received, my most recent experience with the Laboratory was excellent. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, efficient, and professional. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and helpful. Bravo Zulu to the O’Callahagn Lab!

The lab itself was great! Tech was great, didn't even feel the needle. In & out in no time once I was called/ Waiting to check in however was crazy. 20 minutes just to check in, then had to wait to get called back & I had an appointment.

Skylar is very skilled, courteous and professional. She has assisted my dad on numerous occasions. Since it is normally pretty difficult to draw his blood, she has always demonstrated the utmost care, concern and patience in assisting him. Her efforts are greatly appreciated.

I have a problem with needles (too many penicillin shots as a child)...the tech I had (the 'sticker') was one of the best ones I've had there, who also had a good sense of humor! Thanks for all you do!
