I really like new appointment and text/email system. So much smoother and a fraction of the old waiting time. Thank you greatly! One recommendation though. I know waiting room space is limited, but currently there is no available or designated place to park my electric chair or wheel chair to wait my turn. I have to park in hallway interrupting pedestrian traffic, near an exit/entry door blocking emergency exits, or in front of seats blocking the walkway and at least two chairs someone else could sit in. Maybe consider removing 2-4 chairs and designate that space for wheel chairs. Something to consider.

Less time waiting makes it a lot more reasonable

Everyone was nice. Just had to wait almost 30 minutes passed my appointment time after checking in.

Had an appointment and the technician was really great. She was one of three contractors.

The lab was under trained and under staffed. The phlebotomist was great!

It was very easy to make the appointment and the waiting time was minimal. However, instructions for the 24 hour urine test were unclear snd though we tried to call the lab the line was busy gif hours and the one time I was out hold for 39 minutes and then disconnected

I had a 910 appointment. I was seen at 9:10 for my blood draw. Thank you.

There was a small wait to check in, no fault of the TSgt. Once again when I show up the computer takes a dump. Starting to become the norm rather than an exception. Please repair the device in the restroom to transfer the urine specimen to the lab. I could hardly turn it and it made a very bad grating noise.

The professionalism and performance demonstrated by the lab personnel is outstanding. They are to be commended.
