I gave this rating because I had to stand in a line 12 people ahead of me, all people had appointments too, as an 82 year old with neuropathy, and walks with a cane, I cannot stand in line for any length of time, there is no place to sit and keep your place in line!

Ms. Swilley was excellent! Great personality, and understanding to the patients needs. I saw her interacting with a patient before me and she demonstrated the same kind, patient, gentle and professionalism attributes with all of us.
The front desk staff very nice, but we spent 20 plus minutes in line just to be checked in.

It's been about eight years since my last lab visit. The whole process has changed...everything from making the appointment, to checking in, to going straight into the drawing room on time was great! Additionally, all of the technicians were extremely professional and efficient. Absolutely awesome experience! Thank you!

The service provided by Airman Baker was excellent. I did not rate 5 stars because of the wait time. I feel that the desk should have been monitored to see if another person was required for Window 1 to reduce the wait time.

By appointment is fast but if you do walk-ins it’s very very very slow.. I’ve waited almost 3 hours in lab i felt very hungry and weak coz I need fasting ..till I decided to go back the next day and get an appointment..

It was really great with some few critical considerations—I got check-in earlier but I would suggest that blood test labels shouldn’t be given personally to the patients and should be given directly to the med tech like before. Also, my name and date of birth should also be verified before labels are place in each tube. I wasn’t identified. For the urine sample, I don’t feel comfortable having my urine example with other samples at the turn stile. I was anxious that the there could be a mix-up…

Staff were very nice. Had a issue with the first blood draw on right arm but all was good with second one on left arm.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The blood withdrawal went well.

Computer system was having technical issues the day I had my blood drawn. The issue added 15 minutes to my wait time

Great program. You should have a phone number also for elderly patients that don't use the internet

Not enough staff. One person doing labs Nd 4 people had a 0700 appt. She was nice and did a good job but they need more staff or less appointment slots.

Great service by the civilian phlebotomy technician. I didn't get her name, but she served me at 7 am on May 31 (by appt). Friendly and skilled; perfect combination.
