Very quick service.

The appointment process was very easy. I appreciated the way the technician explained what she was doing, as my veins were being difficult that day.

I made an appointment and was seen right away. The front desk staff and the technician were friendly and helpful.

I have hemophilia and needed a bunch of things checked and had 24 vials done first thing in the morning. My phlebotomist was amazing and literally the sweetest! She got all of them without an issue or hiccup and we just giggled and had a good time since we were there for a minute. I’m typically stressed out because I’m afraid someone’s going to blow my vein or see me as an inconvenience but whoever she was, she was a great!

Quick and friendly service

The appoinment service is outstanding. My appoinment was hornered and on time. Great professional staff.

Check in process is very slow. The rest of the lab seems to be very good and efficient, but the checking in process very slow. It seems hat when a person gets to counter 1, they spend 10 minutes or more there.

More staff needed and the workers spoke so quiet I could barely understand them

The technician who took my blood was outstanding, but the line for those without an appointment was ridiculous. A 3 hour wait to be checked in! Clearly 2 phlebotomists is insufficient to meet the current needs of the lab

Everyone on the team was courteous and professional. They got me in early and I was in and out is a few minutes.

On-line appointment smooth, time from arrival to departure about 30 minutes, which is great. Front desk quick, friendly, efficient. Lab draw tech was excellent, very experienced. Thanks for the great service.
