Making apts is the best way

Very helpful staff, professional, friendly, and quick with an appointment. I called to get labs sent out to another lab for processing and they took the time to encourage scheduling and explained billing and possible cost. Positive overall. Lab tech explained the tests and wait times as well.

What a great experience. In & out with no issues. Appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. Checked in at 10:09am. Got the checked in numbers and told to take a seat at the waiting area. Got called at 10:25am. Done at 10:33am. Job well done. Awesome upgrade. Thanks

I could not be more pleased ! I scheduled for 8am and I was called on time and the girl was nice and very good collecting my blood , at 8h10 I was leaving! Thank you

SrA Baker was my phlebotomist and med technician during my visit. SrA Baker’s professional patient care was noticeably her top priority. I was served for my scheduled appointment right on time. The facilities were clean and ready for patients. Great team work.

Great service on a busy day. I had an appointment which enabled me to get in and out of the Lab in approximately 30 minutes, blood draw and urine sample.

Excellent work

Wait time was minimal with an appointment and while getting blood drawn it was quick. Overall good.

The Phlebotomist didn't even acknowledge my presence other than pointing to a chair & sticking a needle in my arm. They were too busy talking personal to one another to acknowledge their patients. No Hello, Hi, thank you, goodbye, have a nice day. Nothing. I felt I was interrupting their day.

If based solely off the care and treatment from the technician collecting my son's blood for his allergy testing, I'd give a 5 star. She was very patient and caring in comforting and dealing with a nervous young adult needing to have his blood drawn.
The four star rating is due to the fact that despite me getting online and scheduling an appointment time for my son, we still ended up having to wait to have our number called. That's my only complaint. Everything else was great.

Process is very confusing. I waited 2 hrs when I could have made an appointment and did not know that process was available o me.

My experience at the lab was smooth and easy. The doors opened on time, I was called back and a kind lady showed me to a chair. She was very friendly and kept my mind busy by talking to me after I told her that needles make me nervous. I was very happy with my visit.

Worked us in early!

The new appointment system is fantastic. Easy to make the appointment and they were actually just a little early. The lady who took my blood did a great job as I just barely felt the needle. To be honest 5 stars just isn't enough to say how great of an experience it was!

I was treated with the upmost respect.
