All of the techs at the collection stations are awesome. Really they're overworked and understaffed. It's hard to know they have 30-50 patients waiting and they're putting off breaks and juggling who will watch the students to try and chip away at the mound of work they have. Wonder when they're going to be staffed adequately

The staff was very helpful and kind. Check in was easy and quick. The team was kind when I had a fainting spell and reacted quick with ice packs, water and helping me to a reclining chair. Props to your medical staff!

I appreciate the extreme hustle of all of the Airman trying their best to keep up with the amount of patients waiting to be seen. Its time for DHA/Air Force to treat their workers better by providing more manning. I will never go to labs without an appointment. 3hr wait is UNSAT!
