Very professional and friendly. Great work!!!

My appointment was on time and the process was quick. The staff is very efficient yet friendly.

The best lab experience. I made an appointment for my lab work. I was seen on time. The entire lab was pleasant and professional. SMSgt (Retired) D Mason.

GREAT service. Just one minor issue. The technician at the counter allowed someone with an appointment 20 minutes later to stay and check in ahead of us who had a scheduled appointment.

The appointment system worked as advertised. 30 minutes in and out.

I had an appointment for my draw. The technician that drew my blood was being trained. I could tell he was a little nervous due to his shaking. He found my vein just fine. There was only a small problem at the end where he did not remove the needle properly and cut me a little. I understand he's in training and this all apart of becoming proficient. My experience was excellent overall.

The laboratory staff is professional and courteous…which I so very much appreciate!
