Very nice and professional.

Took a while to get seen once we were called back. Also seemed like they didn't really know where the supplies they needed were. It's stressful bringing your 1 year old in to get blood drawn so having to wait a while made it more stressful. The girl did a great job though and it didn't end up being as traumatizing as I worried it would be.

Excellent service. The technician was a real professional and kind. The Airmen at the front desk (around 10:50am) took charge when he saw the line was getting long. He came out from behind his desk and started to inquire the needs of each person. I thought that was great. I wish I caught his name. He deserves a compliment. My overall experience was outstanding. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and professional. You should look at getting the “lazy Susan” fixed in the second test room.

Check in time still seems a little slow. The new system seemed to have slowed the process down instead of speeding it up.
