Getting the appointment was quick and check-in was quicker. The blood draw was friendly and painless.

This was by far the fastest and easiest I have ever been helped at the Laboratory.
Scheduled my appointment online. Checked in right before my scheduled time and waited 2 min before they called me back. Very easy and fast. Nice staff,too.

The airman who helped me did a great job, I think her last name is Baker but I’m not sure. Being a hard stick, I usually get poked 2 to 3 times but she did it one time and I didn’t even feel anything. Promote her now.

Are the lab techs required to change gloves and wash hands or sanitize hands between patients? None of them did and it bothered me a bit. I am retired Air Force Public Health and worked at the local civilian health department. Maybe the infection control rules have changed

Scheduled appointments were processed on time. Had less wasted time waiting.

Lena was very professional and very polite. From what I observed she is the go-to person in the lab and helped the person drawing my blood and the lady she was working with seemed a little irate. She helped her co-worker and it seemed was not appreciated much by the rest of the team. That was my observation.
